Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days, crediting the refund to your original payment method, and while the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, we ensure the process is as efficient as possible. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged, and digital products such as recipe e-books and craft templates are non-refundable once downloaded, but we offer free return shipping for all eligible refunds by providing a prepaid return label, even if the return is due to customer error such as a change of mind or incorrect order, and we reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition other than defects caused by manufacturing, in which case we will contact you to explain the reason and offer alternative solutions such as an exchange.
